Term and Conditions 

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). We offer shipping to customers within the UK and internationally using Royal Mail and DHL. Please note customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or duties that may be incurred on their order.

A parcel will be considered lost after a period of 30 business days in the postal system. Only after this time period are we able to dispatch a replacement

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help! Please contact us by emailing contact@lashedbychanelle.com You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for paying for all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received we will inspect the items and notify you if your return has been accepted. If your return is accepted, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. This may take 3-5 working days.
